• Proficiency in PC use and common word processing and spreadsheet software
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Approve activity for processing timely and accurately per client directives
• Respond to compliance reports and resolve outstanding matters
• Oversee annual account reviews and ensure timely completion
• Serve as primary/secondary contact for accounts and plan participants; resolve complex inquiries
• Maintain client communications on regulatory, legal, accounting and trust matters
• Oversee client billing and resolve aged receivables
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory items and growth opportunities
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency
• Mentor less experienced personnel and participate in projects
