TIAA is seeking an Institutional Onboarding Consultant to lead onboarding activities and provide subject‑matter expertise for a portfolio of institutional retirement clients. This role acts as the single point of contact among relationship managers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders, delivering onboarding and ongoing plan administration support.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in retirement services, strong client interfacing skills, and the ability to implement

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in related roles.
• Experience interfacing with external and internal clients preferred.
• Experience in/around client onboarding/implementation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing plan administration and recordkeeping platform support to retirement clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of retirement services, platforms, and products offered by TIAA.
• Own retirement plan changes and onboarding activities (MVAS/STAC) for assigned clients.
• Understand new features and highlight impacts to client books.
• Propose solutions to client systems and product needs/requests.
• Respond to technical inquiries from internal stakeholders (CSMs, Relationship Managers).
• Document SOPs, track incidents, and review critical issues for proactive controls.
