Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Collaborate with Trust, Account and Investment Officers to manage client relationships.
• Assist with annual account reviews and maintenance of trust systems.
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary policies and tax reporting requirements.
• Support sales efforts by preparing proposals and managing CRM data.
