Lead Installer:

Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls

Lead Installers: Supervise helper(s) and manage job site logistics

Ensure jobs meet code and customer expectations

️ Helper Installer:

Assist with installations and material handling

Learn trade skills on the job

Keep job sites clean and organized

Requirements:

Lead Installers: 3+ years’ experience + EPA cert

Installer Helpers: No experience required – we’ll train!

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Drug free - Positive attitude - strong work ethic

Ability to lift heavy objects, enter crawl spaces, attics etc
