Lead Installer:

• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls
• Supervise helpers and manage job site logistics
• Ensure jobs meet code and customer expectations

Helper Installer:

• Assist with installations and material handling
• Learn trade skills on the job
• Keep job sites clean and organized

Requirements:

• Lead Installers: 3+ years experience + EPA certification
• Installer Helpers: No experience required; well trained!
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Drug-free, positive attitude, strong work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy objects, enter crawl spaces, attics, etc.
