Job summary

EyeQ Monitoring is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead installation projects from kickoff to final handoff, coordinating customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and mentoring of junior PMs, with travel to project sites as needed and a focus on process improvement and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to independently own and execute assigned projects from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and external clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned installation projects from kickoff through execution and final handoff.
• Manage project financial and operational forecasting.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and clients regarding status.
• Coordinate installation schedules with technicians, customers, and contractors.
• Coordinate with provisioning on hardware/software configuration and testing.
• Track and report project KPIs, including variance and cycle times.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Drive process improvements and documentation.
