Closets by Design is seeking a motivated installation supervisor to lead Installers and installers assistants in our Charlotte area operations. You will oversee scheduling, installations from start to finish, and ensure top‑notch customer service while aligning with lean manufacturing and quality standards.

This role emphasizes leadership, organization, and hands‑on training for franchise locations. On‑site Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with Saturdays as needed; benefits include paid training, health

Qualifications

• Experience in product installation or home improvement projects.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage and develop installers and field staff.
• On‑site schedule: Mon–Fri 7am–4pm; Saturdays possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Installers and Installer assistants (helpers).
• Schedule and oversee each installation and service project from start to finish.
• Interact with customers, designers and the production department.
• Place high emphasis on customer service and accounts receivable.
