Qualifications

• Experience in product installation (home improvement, cabinetry, etc.).
• Superior customer service skills from prior work experience.
• Strong ability to manage and develop people.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the installation department, from start to finish.
• Lead Installers and Installer assistants (helpers).
• Schedule and manage each installation and service project from start to finish.
• Interact with customers, designers, and the production department.
