Title: Senior Inspector / Senior Engineering Technician

Effective Date: 04/10/2023
The successful candidate will perform inspections and testing for construction materials such as soils, foundations, concrete, masonry, fire-proofing, and post-tensioned concrete. Responsibilities include understanding project drawings, specifications, codes, conducting field tests, documenting observations, and communicating effectively with project staff and construction teams. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to weather conditions.
Work involves outdoor and indoor environments, with potential weather exposure. Must lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and maneuver construction sites. Visual and hearing abilities must suffice for communication and safety.
