Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc is seeking an Insights, Strategy & Analytics Sr. Manager to shape the evolution of Jeopardy! and other nonfiction formats across multiple platforms.

You will lead audience insights, build dashboards with BI teams, and partner with development, marketing, and production to drive franchise growth. The role demands exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and ability to influence decisions in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading strategy, insights, analytics, research, or business planning in media or related industries.
• Synthesize audience, consumer, marketplace, and business data into strategic recommendations.
• Deep understanding of television, streaming, digital media, and the entertainment ecosystem.
• Experience partnering with BI, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to build dashboards and forecasting models.
• Experience supporting content development, programming strategy, and franchise expansion through audience research.

Responsibilities

• Franchise Strategy & Leadership: advise on long-term vision and growth for Jeopardy! and other nonfiction scripted series.
• Audience Insights, Research & Analytics: own audience performance reporting across platforms and deliver executive-ready analyses.
• Franchise Growth & Development: evaluate spin-offs and extensions via audience insights and market opportunity assessment.
• Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate to deliver integrated insights and influence programming, marketing, distribution, and commercial decisions.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for executives and stakeholders.
