Job summary

Instacart is seeking a Business Insights Lead to own end-to-end analytics—from data sourcing to partner reporting. You’ll build a robust reporting system, deliver timely insights, and partner with leaders to surface growth opportunities. The role blends data, strategy, and cross-functional execution.

You’ll influence GTM and Health reporting, drive consistent dashboards, and own external partner reporting programs while working in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, BI, or insights experience in a B2B or GTM context.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end reporting from data sourcing to delivery.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI/visualization tools.
• Experience building recurring, scalable business reports and frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build reporting infrastructure and partner-level dashboards for leaders.
• Establish an external partner reporting program with reliable cadence and quality.
• Surface opportunities via deep-dive analyses and growth analyses.
• Develop recurring analytics programs for retention, cohorts, and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen data infrastructure.
