Saputo is seeking a results-driven Market Insights role to turn market, shopper, and category data into actionable recommendations for Retail growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and Innovation to uncover opportunities and shape selling stories.

Responsibilities include tracking performance, building dashboards, and partnering across teams to support decisions that drive profitability. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in category management, shopper or consumer insights, sales analytics, or marketing analytics, preferably in CPG.
• Experience with syndicated and retail data sources such as Circana, Kantar, NielsenIQ, or similar tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI or other visualization tools are a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead category insights and translate trends into growth opportunities for Everyday and Specialty Cheese categories.
• Deliver insight-led recommendations for key retail customers across pricing, promotion, assortment, and shopper behavior.
• Track category, segment, brand, and SKU performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Create compelling, fact-based narratives and opportunity assessments to help Sales influence customers and grow.
