Job summary

Generous Brands LLC, a portfolio of Bolthouse Farms, Health-Ade, Evolution Fresh and SAMBAZON beverages, is seeking a Senior Category Analyst to drive business performance through data management and insights. You will own syndicated data, scorecarding, and space planning while supporting Natural Channel and smaller accounts across the US.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years in Category Management, Customer Development, Sales Analytics, or related CPG function.
• Experience with syndicated, POS and/or consumer/shopper data.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Owns data/database management across Circana, SPINS, Nielsen; manage new items and updates.
• Develop and distribute customer scorecards using POS data for priority accounts.
• Analyze weekly/monthly POS, shopper, and category trends and provide insights.
• Create planograms/space planning supporting category reviews and merchandising recommendations.
• Support Natural Channel and smaller accounts with reporting, insights, and competitive tracking.
