Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a Senior Insights professional to turn market, shopper, and category data into actionable recommendations that grow our Retail business in the United States.

You will partner with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and Innovation to identify opportunities, shape selling stories, and support decisions driving profitable growth. Responsibilities include leading category insights for Everyday and Specialty Cheese, delivering insight-led recommendations for key retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in category management, shopper or consumer insights, sales analytics, marketing analytics, or related field, ideally in CPG.
• Experience with syndicated and retail data sources (Circana, Kantar, NielsenIQ) is preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead category insights: Translate market, shopper, and category trends into growth opportunities for Everyday Cheese and Specialty Cheese.
• Support customer growth plans with insight-led recommendations on pricing, promotion, assortment, distribution, and shopper behavior.
• Analyze performance across category, segment, brand, and SKU to identify drivers and risks.
• Build selling stories with fact-based insights to help Sales influence customers.
• Turn data into action by combining syndicated data, internal sales data, and shopper/consumer insights.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Culinary, and other teams to support priorities.
• Own dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and recurring reports for timely, decision-ready insights.
• Manage data partnerships to ensure data quality and continuous improvement.
• Respond to ad-hoc analyses with speed and business judgment.
