Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain to create learning plans and address business questions within timing and budget.
• Lead as primary research resource for supply continuity projects ensuring consistent customer experience.
• Lead transformational supply chain projects including new procedures, equipment, and products.
• Collaborate with Sensory team to integrate insights from trained panelists and customer research.
• Work with Customer Listening team to understand impact of supply initiatives on customer experience.
• Advance research methodologies and reporting to support Supply Chain initiatives.
• Coordinate with CMI Food Analytics and Food Researchers to support marketing initiatives.
