Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply's Customer & Market Insights team seeks a Field Marketing Lead Insights Analyst to develop scalable reporting and deliver actionable insights that drive local marketing decisions.

You will partner with senior analysts, build data pipelines using SQL, Databricks, Tableau, and Alteryx, and translate business questions into analyses while ensuring data quality and reproducibility. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills in hypothesis generation and data identification.
• Ability to convey insights clearly and compellingly.
• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, Power BI.
• Geolocation data processing and advanced analytics are a plus.
• MMM, in-market testing, and Python experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and recurring reporting.
• Perform exploratory analyses to support marketing questions and A/B tests.
• Build scalable data pipelines and reporting with SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Alteryx.
• Improve reporting efficiency via automation and self-service analytics.
• Ensure data quality and validate data sources in collaboration with teams.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and insights.
• Document methodologies and definitions to improve consistency.
