Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Senior Lead Data Engineer to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives within Supply Chain. The role focuses on designing and maintaining analytics infrastructure, data modeling, and ensuring scalable data products.

You will collaborate with IT and business partners to implement best practices in cloud data solutions and governance. You will mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive data-driven improvements across multi-source data environments

Responsibilities

Align Supply Chain stakeholders and IT to translate business logic into scalable data solutions.
Develop ETL pipelines for Supply Chain consumption.
Create data and analytics best practices for SCDA.
Design tool implementations with Databricks and DBT.
Optimize cloud compute performance and resources.
Guide architecture decisions within the product area.
Define design patterns and testing frameworks for data products.
Mentor peer engineers and ensure data model quality.
