The role demands 8+ years in rigorous strategic positions, a BA, and ideally an MBA, with experience shaping executive-ready narratives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in insights or strategy related roles, luxury brand experience preferred.
• Experience designing quantitative and qualitative research and client experience tools.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, executive-ready stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility projects from problem definition to recommendation.
• Synthesize consumer, market, and cultural inputs into strategic options.
• Partner with division leaders to translate insights into decisions.
• Design and manage research studies including survey development and analysis.
• Support brand equity and voice-of-client initiatives with KPI-driven insights.
