CHANEL in New York is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Insights team. This role combines consumer understanding, client intelligence, cultural foresight, and business strategy to advise executive leadership across Fragrance & Beauty, Fashion, and Watches & Fine Jewelry.

You will lead complex workstreams, synthesize evidence, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that protect brand equity and shape the future of luxury.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in insights, strategy, or related fields.
• Analytical fluency to distill complex data into a persuasive narrative for seniors.
• Experience with luxury brands is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with division leaders to define critical questions and translate perspectives into decisions.
• Lead high-visibility workstreams from problem definition to recommendation.
• Design and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research for executive-ready reporting.
• Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations for brand equity and business decisions.
