Job summary

You will work with cybersecurity to strengthen the counter-insider threat posture through analysis, incident response, and strategic coordination. The role requires expertise in insider threat frameworks, incident reporting, and senior-level interface with leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of counter-insider threat frameworks and protective methodologies.
• Ability to analyze insider threat data and identify risks.
• Ability to coordinate with cybersecurity teams and integrate threat monitoring.
• Experience preparing clear reports and incident documentation for decisions.
• Experience supporting insider threat prevention and preparedness activities.
• Specialized experience with flag-officer briefings and senior-level interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Counter Insider Threat Program with deterrence, detection, and mitigation strategies.
• Provide insider threat detection analysis from behavioral indicators and security reporting.
• Perform security incident management actions and recommended responses.
• Support Active Shooter Awareness and Prevention training coordination.
• Coordinate with JPO cybersecurity personnel to integrate practices into security operations.
• Maintain records and tracking of insider threat reviews and incidents.
• Participate in meetings and security reviews to enhance program development.
• Assist Government personnel with implementing insider threat policies and actions.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
