Job summary

TMPC, Inc. is seeking an Insider Threat Information Assurance (IA) Auditor to join our team at MacDill AFB in Tampa. You will monitor and assess USSOCOM networks and support cyber defense incidents to help protect critical operations.

The role requires a DoD/IC background, a BA/BS degree, and a TS/SCI clearance. Travel up to 10% and on-site work. You will report findings to the insider threat lead and collaborate with security directorates and law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Security/Law Enforcement/Counterintelligence course.
• Background in security, familiar with DoD directives, policies and classification guidance.
• BA/BS and two years’ IC/DoD experience, or 6 years relevant military intelligence or security experience.
• Military or DoD experience working with intelligence, security, special operations, Inter-Agencies.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess USSOCOM networks and insider threat posture.
• Assist insider threat team with cyber network defense incidents.
• Report malicious software, data transfers and anomalous cyber activity.
• Coordinate with counterintelligence, security directorates or law enforcement as directed.
• Report all cyber incidents and analysis to the insider threat lead and stakeholders.

TMPC is seeking a Insider Threat Information Assurance (IA) Auditor to join our growing team of diverse professionals. As an Insider Threat Information Assurance (IA) Auditor you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) networks. You will assist the USSOCOM Insider Threat team with cyber network defense incidents and will work with USSOCOM Cyber Network Defense directorate to report malicious software, data transfers, and anomalous cyber activity. You will be required to assist other auditors when necessary when the insider threat team is directed by the commands counterintelligence, security directorates or law enforcement agencies. You will report all cyber incidents and analysis to the insider threat lead and stake holders within the USSOCOM insider threat program.

Background:
