Job summary

Texas Capital seeks an experienced insider risk professional to lead risk policies and investigations, developing and maturing insider risk controls aligned with regulatory requirements. You will partner with HR, Legal, and Technology to respond to incidents and strengthen the program.

You will monitor user activity with UEBA tools, analyze data, and prepare executive-level reports demonstrating program effectiveness. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in insider risk are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in security or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years in insider risk management, security investigations, or compliance.
• Demonstrated integrity with confidentiality in sensitive matters.
• Strong knowledge of insider threat tactics and UEBA concepts.
• Experience with regulatory requirements (SOX, GLBA, FINRA, SEC).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and mature insider risk policies and controls.
• Monitor and analyze user behavior for insider threat indicators.
• Lead investigations with evidence collection and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Corporate Security, and Technology.
• Provide risk assessments and advisory services to business units.
• Prepare executive dashboards and regulatory reports.
• Design training to promote security culture and awareness.
• Document cases and keep records in compliance with legal holds.
