Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an Insider Risk Senior Analyst in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on developing and maturing insider risk policies, monitoring user activity with UEBA, and leading investigations while coordinating with HR, Legal and Tech leadership.

The candidate will provide risk advice to business units, prepare executive dashboards, and drive training to promote a culture of security and compliance across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of insider risk management, security investigations, compliance, behavioral analysis, or a closely related domain.
• Demonstrated integrity with confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
• Strong understanding of insider threat tactics and financial services risk indicators.
• Solid knowledge of UEBA and investigative methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SOX, GLBA, FINRA, and SEC regulations.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and data synthesis skills.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences and leaders.
• Proven ability to influence HR, Legal, Technology, and executive leadership; self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Program uplift: develop, implement, and mature insider risk policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze user activity data to identify insider risk indicators and anomalies.
• Lead investigations of suspected insider risk incidents with evidence collection and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Corporate Security, Technology, and leadership to drive timely responses.
• Provide risk assessment and advisory services regarding exposures and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare dashboards and executive-level metrics for management and regulators.
• Design and facilitate training to promote a culture of security and compliance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of cases and program activities.
