Qualifications

4+ years of DCIO sales or relevant experience.
Demonstrated success in internal wholesaling or advisor relationships management.
Knowledge of defined contribution plans and ERISA fundamentals; interest in guaranteed income and private assets.

Responsibilities

Partner with the VP of Regional Distribution to build territory plans, targets, and pipeline goals.
Serve as the primary inside contact for recordkeeper field teams; learn coverage models and advisor relationships.
Engage advisors via phone and video; lead virtual education meetings and qualify opportunities.
Prepare for sales presentations, finalist meetings, webinars, and field events; coordinate specialists and ensure timely follow-up.
