Qualifications

• 4+ years of DCIO sales or relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success in internal wholesaling or advisor management.
• Knowledge of defined contribution plans and ERISA fundamentals.
• Clear communication by phone, video, and in person; CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Regional Distribution to build territory plan and sales targets.
• Serve as inside contact for recordkeeper field teams; identify opportunities.
• Engage advisors and recordkeeper teams by phone and video; lead virtual meetings.
• Prepare for presentations and webinars; coordinate resources and follow-up.
• Explain how private assets and guaranteed income address needs; involve specialists when needed.
• Maintain Salesforce activity and pipeline; use data/AI tools to sharpen targeting.
