Job Summary/Objective:

The Senior Inside Sales Representative is a strategic leader responsible for managing high-value sales volumes and consistently exceeding revenue and transaction targets. This role serves as a team lead, mentoring colleagues, providing expert guidance, and fostering a high-performing sales environment. As a Subject Matter Expert, the Senior Inside Sales Representative delivers training on market dynamics, products, and sales processes while leveraging financial acumen and data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage strategic sales volume, including revenue and transactions, ensuring consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets.
  2. Act as a team lead by mentoring and supporting colleagues through complex sales scenarios and decision-making processes.
  3. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert by providing training on market trends, product offerings, and effective sales techniques.
  4. Leverage financial acumen to analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive strategic decisions that enhance sales performance.
  5. Develop and implement optimized sales strategies based on market understanding and organizational goals.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
  7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  9. Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform proactive sales approaches.
  10. Provide input on process improvements, tools, and resources to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Education, Experience, and Skills

Required

Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma

Years of Experience: 5+

Field of Expertise: Inside Sales or related roles
