Job summary

The Granite Group is seeking Senior Inside Sales Representatives to support existing and future Eastern Massachusetts branches. If you have experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, or related trades, this is a great opportunity to grow with New England’s fastest-growing plumbing, hydronics, HVAC, and PVF wholesale distributor.

In these customer-facing roles, you will help contractors, plumbers, HVAC pros, builders, and other trade customers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping customers succeed.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, wholesale distribution, construction supply, or related field preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers face to face and by phone with orders, pricing, availability, and product questions.
• Recommend plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronic, and related products based on customer needs.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, builders, and other trade professionals.
• Support branch sales goals by identifying customer needs and suggesting value-added products or services.
• Work with branch teammates to maintain a smooth, organized, and customer-friendly operation.
