Job summary

The Granite Group is hiring Senior Inside Sales Representatives for Eastern Massachusetts branches. You will support contractors, plumbers, HVAC professionals, and other trade customers by processing orders, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates bring experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, wholesale distribution, or related fields, with a sales-oriented mindset and strong communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping customers succeed.
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, wholesale distribution, construction supply, or related field preferred.
Ability to learn and communicate technical product information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist customers face to face and by phone with orders, pricing, availability, and product questions.
Recommend plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronic, and related products based on customer needs.
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Build relationships with contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, builders, and other trade professionals.
Support branch sales goals by identifying customer needs and suggesting value-added products or services.
Work with branch teammates to maintain a smooth, organized, and customer-friendly operation.
