Job summary

The Granite Group is seeking Senior Inside Sales Representatives for our Eastern Massachusetts branches. If you have experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, or hydronics and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, this is a great opportunity to grow with New England’s fastest-growing plumbing distributor.

You will support contractors and trade customers, help process orders, answer product questions, and recommend solutions, contributing to a positive, efficient branch experience every day.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping customers succeed.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronics, wholesale distribution, or related field preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers face to face and by phone with orders, pricing, availability, and product questions.
• Recommend plumbing, HVAC, PVF, hydronic, and related products based on customer needs.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, builders, and other trade professionals.
• Support branch sales goals by identifying customer needs and suggesting value-added products or services.
• Work with branch teammates to maintain a smooth, organized, and customer-friendly operation.
