Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Wyndham sales experience required.
• Active Hawaii Real Estate License required.
• Experience in managing sales teams preferred.

Responsabilités

• Achieve defined sales targets by closing transactions daily.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Collaborate with Site Trainer to facilitate ongoing training.
• Recruit future sales associates and participate in group sales presentations.
• Attend daily sales meetings and support overall team production.
