Job summary

Altius Test Prep is seeking a Senior Regional Director of Sales & Enrollment to drive revenue growth by selling premium MCAT preparation services to premedical students and by building strong university partnerships.

You will lead a high-value sales pipeline, conduct advising appointments, mentor junior team members, and coordinate campus-based events to generate qualified leads and enrollments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in sales, preferably in consultative inside sales or high-ticket education services.
• Experience managing a consultative sales process with needs assessment, relationship building, objection handling, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by selling premium MCAT preparation services to premedical students.
• Conduct advising and enrollment appointments with prospective students.
• Build relationships with premedical advisors and university stakeholders.
• Plan and execute on-campus and virtual marketing events to generate leads and appointments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to enrollment and close.
