Job summary

H-E Parts International in Hibbing, MN is seeking a Product Support Representative to drive Dom-Ex product sales through calls, emails, and visits with assigned customers. You will collaborate with the GM and support sales, marketing, and purchasing projects as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, outbound communications to global customers, and use of CRM systems (SFDC/Pronto). Travel is expected about 15–20%, and a 2-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate Degree or commensurate experience preferred.
• 2-5 years’ professional customer service and inside sales experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate/advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to current customers and develop and generate new business and relationships.
• Conduct outbound communications with global customers offering and educating customers on product value and functionality.
• Provide customer and billing reports as needed for accounting and management.
• Process customer orders through the order entry system verifying pricing, quantities, part numbers, and routing.
• Assist customers with product information including part numbers, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain privacy of customer account information.
• Maintain records and submit required documentation to H-E Parts within requested timelines.
