Job summary

You will own customer relationships, collaborate with product line managers, and coordinate with departments to optimize pricing, processes, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with MRO, aviation distribution or related environments.
• Familiarity with U.S. export rules and regulations.
• Ability to manage quotes, orders, and customer requests with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer and prepare communications for quotes, orders, and other customer requests.
• Review and process orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Provide excellent customer experience and monitor KPIs.
• Follow up on action items and track requirements for timely completion.
• Identify potential customers via networking, cold-calling, and email communications.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet plans and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily call reports, weekly work plans, and territory analyses.
• Support less experienced Sales Representatives as needed.
