Job summary

DASI, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Inside Sales team in Miami, FL. You will coach and motivate the team to increase sales, hit targets, and collaborate with global counterparts.

The role reports to the Director of Global Sales and requires a track record in inside sales, leadership, and aviation familiarity. This on-site position offers growth within a global team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or comparable industry experience.
• 3 years of inside sales experience.
• 2+ years of leading a team.
• Sales track record of overachievement.
• Previous aviation industry experience and target-based environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products and ability to calculate discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Inside Sales Team in support of Director of Sales.
• Develop, coach and motivate the team to increase sales, improve conversion rates and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with counterparts in other locations and other departments in Miami, the UK and Singapore.
• Multitask calls, emails and data entry, providing product, price and availability information to customers.
• Review quote activity and initiate follow ups.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
