Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, or related field.
• Five+ years in sales, customer service, or MRP.
• Two+ years with CRM and MRP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (PowerPoint, VLOOKUP, logic statements).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales agreement submissions and ensure documentation is complete and entered in the ERP system.
• Partner with Planning Department and Sales Engineers to establish purchase orders or agreements; monitor orders and shipments.
• Review monthly sales agreements to monitor inventory vs minimums and flag expirations or quantity limits.
• Maintain active sales agreement summaries and provide quarterly updates to Sales Manager.
• Support Account Managers with large accounts by entering forecasts and communicating requirements to the parent company.
• Manage a portfolio of Hamamatsu accounts focusing on order and inventory management under Sales Manager guidance.
