Achieve is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales - Personal Loan Consultant to turn warm leads into high earnings. You’ll close deals in 1–2 calls and own up to 20 active transactions, driving strong commission.

This remote/hybrid role offers work in Texas and Florida with an uncapped commission, Spiffs, and incentives. Start date October 12, 2026, with 8-hour shifts Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu within CST business hours. Total compensation ranges from $85,000 to $130,000+ per year, combining base pay, commissions,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
• Closing power with a proven track record in commission-heavy roles.
• Ability to navigate Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation.
• Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Close the Deal: move prospects through the loan application and close the sale within 1–2 calls.
• Own Your Pipeline: manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages.
• Direct Selling: identify customer pain points and explain how our loan product provides the solution.
• Crush Metrics: consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize your commission.
