Job summary

Brady Corporation’s PDC unit seeks a Senior Customer Service Representative to act as the Inside Anchor for three business lines, handling complex order workflows and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, on-site Murray, UT environment.

You will mentor Level 1–3 staff, optimize order-to-cash processes, and support territory growth through proactive problem solving and proactive service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-volume contact center or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• B2B experience and promotional products knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel customer interactions (phone, email, live chat, fax) with professional tone.
• Perform end-to-end order entry, validation, and fulfillment with attention to detail.
• Guide customers through regulatory forms and maintain accurate records across databases.
• Identify and resolve account issues, billing discrepancies, and product complaints.
