PRECISON DYNAMICS is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Level II) to champion the customer experience in our Murray, UT office. You will handle complex orders, navigate regulatory requirements, and act as a key advocate for high-value accounts.
You will process multi-channel requests, provide compliance guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while mentoring newer teammates to uphold service standards.
We are looking for an experienced, autonomous, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to champion our customer experience.
