Job summary

Elanco is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to drive demand and secure growth by promoting Elanco products to customers and influencers within the Southeast United States. Expect 40–60% overnight travel as you develop territory plans, deliver scientific messaging, and identify customer needs.

Required 2 years in sales or poultry production and experience selling insecticides, with a valid driver’s license. The role offers relocation options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in related field or relevant experience.
• 2 years Sales or poultry production experience.
• Experience selling insecticides.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship planned.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan prioritizing opportunities for sustainable sales growth.
• Deliver and transfer key messages and scientific information about Elanco products to influencers and decision makers.
• Identify and assess customer needs and uncover solvable problems and opportunities.
• Use Elanco’s CRM system for pre-call planning and data capture.
• Incorporate the Elanco product portfolio as part of solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams and internal groups to meet objectives.
• Execute strategies with corporate accounts to enhance execution amid changing conditions.
• Achieve sales growth in the territory and represent the voice of the customer to management.
