Job summary

Realty Trust Group is seeking an experienced Inpatient/Outpatient Facility Coding Auditor to join our revenue and compliance advisory team. You will perform inpatient and outpatient facility coding audits, validate ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS, and contribute to MS-DRG and APC validation while ensuring revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• Credential requirements: CCS, RHIA, RHIT, CIC or equivalent.
• 5+ years inpatient coding auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient/outpatient coding and reimbursement.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient and outpatient facility coding and reimbursement.
• Validate ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Assess MS-DRG and APC validation.
• Lead CDI assessments and revenue integrity reviews.
