Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Data Protection Senior Associate in IT Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations. You will monitor DLP and AI DLP alerts, triage incidents, and coordinate with Content Engineering and AI Data Security teams to improve protection outcomes.

This is an operational role focused on hands‑on defense, requiring strong investigation, documentation, and collaboration with IAM, Cloud Operations, and Insider Threat teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in security operations or DLP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience triaging security or DLP alerts in production.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage DLP and AI DLP alerts across enterprise channels.
• Conduct first‑level investigation to determine data type, sensitivity, and context.
• Escalate high‑risk events to Tier 2 and coordinate with IAM and Insider Threat teams.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure evidence is audit-ready.
• Provide feedback to engineering to improve alert rules and runbooks.
