Premier Enterprise Solutions seeks an Innovation Governance SME to advise senior leaders, support OUSW(I&S) CTO, and accelerate adoption of emerging technologies for CJADC2. Responsibilities include policy/gov forums, data analytics, and technical partnerships across DoD, industry, and allies.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, acquisition guidance, and development of analytics tools to measure innovation impact, with a compensation package based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years accelerating emerging tech adoption to enhance mission capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI is required.
• Experience supporting DoD, OSD, or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff packages and integrate technical mission efforts within DoW and across DoD components.
• Analyze intelligence-related activities aligned with the National Defense Strategy and CJADC2 objectives.
• Develop data analytic tools and dashboards; support ATOM and VIEW initiatives.
