Required Qualifications

Key Tasks

• Provide subject matter expertise on IT Policy as it relates to data governance, artificial intelligence, ODNI Enterprise IT, and Cybersecurity capabilities policy.
• Support with identifying, reviewing, and analyzing relevant USG policies, practices, and procedures to ensure Sponsor information technology, cybersecurity, data, and artificial intelligence efforts are compliant.
• Draft, edit, and facilitate coordination and execution of policies, processes, and procedures, including instructions, policy, and guidance to Sponsor stakeholders, subject to Sponsor review and approval.
• Ensure projects are aware of the standards and governance they need to comply with and advise them on how to comply.
• Recommend approaches to tailor Sponsor specified governance to align with the selected Agile software development and engineering framework; make Agile teams aware of standards and governance they need to comply with (e.g., data security) and advise them on compliance.

Compensation and Benefits

Proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $128,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
