Job summary

AnaVation in the U.S. Federal space seeks two Senior Cyber Advisors for on-site work in Ft Meade, MD. You will provide executive-level advisory support across the C5ISRT portfolios, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior government leaders.

Required are 7+ years in DoD/IC, strong governance and portfolio management skills, and the ability to develop and deliver executive dashboards and briefings. TS/SCI clearance is required or in scope.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years supporting DoD/IC missions
• Experience with program management and governance
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Conduct program assessments and provide objective recommendations
• Support portfolio management across cyber, intelligence, and targeting initiatives
• Develop understanding of programs, architectures, and stakeholder relationships
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and lifecycle practices
• Prepare executive briefings and reporting frameworks for leadership
• Engage with government leadership and mission partners for requirements gathering
• Review documentation to ensure alignment with mission objectives
• Contribute to enterprise governance frameworks and decision boards
