Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a Senior Innovation Engineer to lead design and execution of pharmaceutical distribution and pharmacy fulfillment centers. The role blends engineering, project management, and automation, guiding projects from concept to steady-state operation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and scalability while coordinating with contractors and third-party vendors. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree in engineering is required.
• Advanced knowledge of facility design, industrial engineering, distribution operations, pharmacy fulfillment operations, automation, material handling systems, project management, and data analytics is required.
• Lean / Six-Sigma certification, PMP certification, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex pharmaceutical distribution centers and pharmacy fulfillment centers, including layout, process flow, equipment specification, and automation concepts.
• Develop facility and process designs from concept through implementation, including business case development, engineering analysis, budget support, and timelines.
• Manage large-scale facility build and improvement projects from ground-up construction or major renovation through launch, stabilization, and post-implementation validation.
