Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead the development and scale-up of complex parenteral formulations and manufacturing technologies. You will direct a multi-disciplinary team and drive innovative processing solutions for high‑quality pharmaceutical products.

The role requires strong project management, hands-on design experience with sanitary equipment, and a track record of delivering on time within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BS in chemical, process or pharmaceutical engineering or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical process development and manufacturing technologies.
• Experience with lyophilization, emulsions, and sterile manufacturing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Innovation & development of processing technologies for complex formulations and parenteral products.
• Lead engineering design and project management for scale-up and validation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedule and budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and environmental regulations throughout projects.
• Prepare URS, IQ/OQ, and support commissioning and installation of equipment.
