Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics and distribution with automation exposure.
• Proven deployment and commissioning of automated fulfillment solutions.
• Experience with third-party logistics, omnichannel, and ecommerce fulfillment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, testing, validation, and commissioning of automated fulfillment systems.
• Collaborate with Automation Implementation Manager, Solutions Design, and vendors to interpret designs.
• Conduct system validation to meet performance, safety, and ops requirements.
• Provide expertise in integrating automation with WMS/WCS/WES.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, aligning timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during implementation and commissioning.
• Support continuous improvement to boost efficiency, throughput, and reliability.
• Document configurations, changes, and test results per project standards.
• Map and rate potential vendors of emerging warehouse technologies.
• Select vendors and sites for PoC and PoT.
• Support on-site PoC/PoT and ROI reporting.
• Plan scaling across CEVA Contract Logistics with capital requests and rollout.
• Build calculators to assess feasibility across multiple sites.
