Qualifications

• 10+ years of Inland Marine underwriting experience.
• Experience guiding portfolio strategy and execution.
• Ability to coach underwriters and balance priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Travel as needed (plane or car).

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business and endorsements.
• Achieve financial targets for growth and profitability.
• Drive execution of plans to meet results.
