Cabot Corporation is seeking a Senior Scientist to lead our inkjet team, driving cross-functional projects that translate materials science into differentiated products and customer value.

The role combines experimentation, data analysis, and practical leadership across dispersion, rheology, and print-system performance, with carbon black expertise highly desirable. You will collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and customers to accelerate development using AI, automation, and high-throughput tooling.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical degree with 10+ years colloid-based R&D or related inkjet experience.
• Masters with 6+ years colloid-based R&D or inkjet experience.
• PhD with 2+ years colloid-based R&D or inkjet experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects of moderate to high complexity addressing technical and commercial needs.
• Plan and execute complex project phases with clear milestones and documentation.
• Use literature, experimentation, modeling, and theory to develop technical approaches.
