Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical degree and 10+ years colloid-based R&D or inkjet industry experience.
• Alternatively a Master's with 6+ years of relevant experience or a PhD with 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge in chemistry, materials science, and process scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex technical projects across materials, processes, and applications.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables with cross-functional partners.
• Present results and recommendations to management and customers; mentor juniors.
